Terms and Conditions

 

(Software:   Most computer resellers include a RECOVERY CD in case of  emergencies.  With this tool you can restore your computer to its original state without requiring additional support or cost.  Be aware, using a recovery CD will destroy any data and or software that you may have added following the purchase of  your computer.  If your data is backed-up and you have all of your original software, the task of recovering from a major computer failure can be accomplished with-in a few hours.  On-site service is available to assist you with restoring your system to its original state. Service fee listed above does not include missing recovery CD, data recovery,  installation of additional software not included with the recovery CD and setting up any external devices such as printers, scanners, cameras and or IPOD's. 

(Hardware:   It is highly recommended that you do your own shopping, look for quality brands and compare prices. On-Line purchases may be convenient but ultimately buying from the local store will save you more time and money.  Purchases made on your behalf will carry a %15 surcharge.)

(Domain Registration:  PCGrunts provides a full package for clients that have signed up for domain registration and web hosting. The standard package includes a one year subscription for a www.yourname.com , Web based e-mail account with catch-all feature, FTP, hosting storage with a single page design. )
